Software Training
DPI provides training and installation support either on-location
or at DPI's development center in Charlotte,
North Carolina.
On Location Training
If preferred, DPI's training and installation specialists
will travel to the client's place of business to install the
OzE modules and provide training to the client's staff.
The purchase price of OzE modules includes software installation
disc, which also contains the User's Guide. The on-location
training covers installation instructions and operating training
for all purchased modules. The training is provided for as
many persons as the client determines.
The cost for on-location training are as follows:
- $1500 for first day
- $500 for each additional day
All applicable travel expenses will be charged in addition
to the daily training rate.
Training at DPI's facility
DPI has monthly in-house training classes scheduled at their
development center, where each module can be observed in action
in a real life situation. The training sessions are interactive
and led by trainers who are experts in all OzE modules. The
one-day training covers all modules or it can be customized
to the clients' needs.
